Overview:

East Coast Sox will be hosting our 2022 East Coast Sox Spring Showcase/Tryout on Saturday, January 15, and Sunday, January 16, 2022, at The Hoover Met Complex in Birmingham, AL. You will choose either day to attend the showcase/tryout. (You will not attend both days, only one day to showcase)

Each day will have a maximum number of participants. Sign up early to get a spot on either of your preferred day.

The East Coast Sox Showcase/Tryout will let your talent be exposed to professional scouts, college coaches, Perfect Game staff, Future Stars series evaluators, and East Coast Sox directors, staff, and coaches. We will provide an evaluation and feedback from the showcase of each player written by the professional staff that will be attending the event. These coaches and scouts will be on the field evaluating players and watching them go through their workouts.

If you are looking for a spot with East Coast Sox, we will use the coach's evaluation of each player to invite players to play in our program. If you already have a program you are playing with and want to just attend the showcase, you are welcome to attend the showcase for exposure to the opportunities below:

Perfect Game:

Kory Hall, Perfect Game Supervisor and Scout, will be covering the event for Perfect Game. From the event last year, Kory was able to help identify and place two Sox players for the prestigious Perfect Game All-American classic.

Future Stars Series:

The Future Stars Series will be attending evaluating and scouting players. The Future Stars is powered by Program 15 sports, the Global Identification Group, for amateur baseball. From the tryout, Jeremy Booth, President of the Future Stars Series, and his staff will be inviting players to the New Balance Future Stars Series Combines.

If selected players will have the opportunity to play at the home of the Boston Red Sox, Fenway Park, but also accurate and reliable data and information for college coaches.

All players who attend the showcase will have their vitals post to the Virtual Combine website that will be shared with all college coaches.
