2026 Summer Baseball Details
2026 east coast sox SUMMER BASEBALL
There are four different opportunities to be a part of the East Coast Sox Family. Below are the details of each:
SCOUT TEAMS:
The Scout teams will play in West Palm Beach (FL), Cary (NC), East Cobb (GA), Emerson (GA), and Hoover (AL). Players selected for scout teams will be expected to be a very high level high school player, who has D1 or professional abilities. Players are primarily made up of players from all over the country.
REGIONAL TEAMS:
The Regional teams will play in Emerson (GA), Hoover (AL), Baton Rouge (LA), and tournaments based out of D1 facilities like, MS State, Alabama, and UAB. Players selected for regional teams will be expected to be a very high level high school player, who has college level abilities at any level. Players are primarily made up of players from AL, AR, MS, LA, TN, and FL.
STATE TEAMS:
The State teams will play in their state for the majority, if not all of their events, over the summer. Players selected for state teams will be expected to be high school Varsity level players, who have the desire and love for the game. This past summer, the Sox had state teams out of Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee. We are adding Arkansas this summer as well. Players from State teams can be identified to move to a Regional or Scout team, which happens all the time.
"NEW" - Scout, Regional, and State teams will be made up of 12-13 players
MARUCCI COLLEGIATE TOUR TEAMS:
The college tour teams will play exclusively off college campuses throughout the southeast. These games will be Saturday and Sunday only, where positional players will go through a pro styles workout at each college location before playing games each day. Event locations for Saturday will be different locations than Sunday, but we will have college locations close enough to travel comfortably to the next days location.
