Brad Hall is entering his 1st season coaching with the East Coast Sox.

Coach Hall is a pitching coach and player development specialist with over two decades of experience across amateur, professional, and international baseball. He has worked with athletes at every level of the game, including Major League players, first-round draft picks, and elite amateur talent.

Hall has served as a Development Coach and Task Force Member for USA Baseball since 2021, contributing to national team programs and international competition. His 9 years of professional coaching experience includes roles with the Washington Nationals organization where he won a Gulf Coast League championship as an assistant pitching coach and assistant rehab coordinator. He also served as a minor and major league pitching coach for ChinaTrust Brothers in Taiwan, where he was part of back-to-back minor league championship teams (2017-18) . He has also coached extensively in professional independent leagues, including Shreveport (2004), Edmonton (2005), Pensacola (2006), and Southern Illinois (2007-8, 2012)

In addition to his on-field coaching, Hall has worked in biomechanics and performance analysis as a consultant with the American Sports Medicine Institute in Dr. James Andrews’ lab in Birmingham, Alabama since 2007.  His work has included motion capture analysis, markerless tracking systems, and data collection to support pitcher evaluation and injury prevention.

Hall has served as a hitting coach for Southern Arkansas University (1998), Barton College (2001) and the Czech Republic national team (1999). In addition, he has been the pitching coach for the national teams of New Zealand (2001) and Sweden(2002). He has also served an as assistant coach at Spain Park High School (2007), Hoover HIgh School (2008) and Orange Lutheran High School (2021-23)

Hall is the founder of Pitch Commander Pitching Camps, where he has trained pitchers nationwide and internationally. His clients include more than 40 professional pitchers and over 10 Major League players, including 2 MLB All-Stars. He has had high school players sign with over 50 different universities and colleges.

He holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he graduated magna cum laude, and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His coaching approach integrates biomechanics, pitch design, and individualized development to help athletes maximize performance and durability.

Brad is married to his wife, Ashley and they have a son Joseph and daughter Gracie, and they currently reside in Chelsea, Alabama.
