Coach Rob Sylve is entering his 1st season with the East Coast Sox.

Rob Sylve, a Louisiana native and Pearl River resident, is married to Jennifer and is the proud father of two children. As the owner of a graphic design business, Rob brings leadership, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose to everything he does.

Over the past 12 years, Rob has developed a passion for baseball by learning the game alongside his son, who started playing tee ball at age 4. During the past two years, he created and managed Braves Nation, where he gained valuable experience leading and encouraging young athletes.

Rob believes the game of baseball provides far more than athletic development — it teaches life lessons in discipline, teamwork, perseverance, humility, and character. He is excited to be part of East Coast Sox and thankful for the opportunity to serve in a Christian organization that keeps Jesus at the center. He is committed to helping young athletes grow both as players and as individuals grounded in faith.
