EAST COAST SOX SUMMER INVITE

On behalf of the East Coast Sox Directors, we would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for the 2026 Sox summer season.  Please pray about the opportunity to be an East Coast Sox.

ABOUT THE EAST COAST SOX

MISSION: Our mission is to lead players closer to Christ through the game of baseball.

PURPOSE: Our purpose is to use the game of baseball as a platform to grow young men mentally, physically, and spiritually.

PASSION: Our passion is to help players achieve their highest level of baseball and to build up young men to be champions for Christ on and off the field.

2026 EAST COAST SOX SUMMER TOURNAMENT TEAMS

There are three different opportunities to be a part of the East Coast Sox Family.

SCOUT TEAMS:

The Scout Tournament teams may play in West Palm Beach (FL), Cary (NC), East Cobb (GA), Emerson (GA), and Hoover (AL).  Players selected for scout program teams will be expected to be a very high-level high school player, who has D1 or professional abilities.

Rosters are primarily composed of players of players from all over the country.

REGIONAL TEAMS:

The Regional tournament teams may play in Emerson (GA), Hoover (AL), Baton Rouge (LA), and tournaments based out of D1 facilities like MS State, Alabama, and UAB.  Players selected for regional teams will be expected to be a very high-level high school player, who has college level abilities at any level.

Rosters are primarily composed of players are primarily made up of players from AL, AR, MS, LA, TN, and FL.

STATE TEAMS:

The State tournament teams may play at major universities throughout the southeast, including tournaments based out of D1 facilities like MS State, Alabama, and UAB. Teams will also play in a Perfect Game or PBR event, along with the opportunity to play in the Marucci World Series. Players selected for state teams should be varsity level players who love the game of baseball.

Rosters are primarily composed of players players from their own state or bordering states.

"NEW FOR 2026 TOURNAMENT TEAM ROSTERS" – Regional and State teams will be made up of 12-13 players

*BY choosing a Tournament team, you will be placed on a Scout, Regional, or State team based on the Sox Evaluation process.

Position Player fees: $2975

Pitcher Only fees: $575

*monthly, quarterly, and pay in full options are available (PIF will receive a 5% discount)

VERY IMPORTANT – East Coast Sox is a non-refundable program. To protect your investment, Player Registration Protection Insurance is available at checkout. Without it, no refunds will be issued. Coverage includes season-ending injury or illness, short-term injury or illness (prorated), job loss or relocation, and active military reassignment or deployment. This is the best way to safeguard your athlete’s registration both on and off the field.

GROWING TOGETHER CAMP

DATE: May 25 -28, 2026

LOCATION: TIMBER CREEK CAMP IN PULASKI, MS

We will host our 13th annual Growing Together camp where players will participate in a 4 day/3-night event.  Players will stay in cabins with their summer teammates and participate in baseball instruction.

·      Organizational bunt coverages, pop-up priority, 1st and 3rd offense/defense

·      Organizational philosophy and expectations will be covered

·      Individualized player development at each position

·      Hitting approach and summer offensive expectations set

·      Personal relationships between players and coaches are enhanced

Every night, we will have worship led by The Tom Edward Band and our message led by a guest speaker.

Attendance is expected. Please notify us in advance if a player has unavoidable conflicts (school, weddings, school sports).

CAMP COSTS: $275

*Cost covers lodging, meals, and insurance

*East Coast Sox Organization covers coaches’ instruction, travel, and lodging
