Josh Baker is entering his 2nd season coaching with the Sox.

Coach Baker has been a high school baseball coach in Arkansas for 5 years including the head coach at Nemo Vista in Center Ridge and an assistant coach at Marion High School in Marion, Arkansas. He iscurrently serving in his first year as the head baseball coach at Brookland High School.

In 2021, he led Nemo Vista to the quarter-finals of the state tournament. He was also selected as the 2021 1A-4 conference
Coach of the Year. In 2022, Coach Baker took an assistant coaching position at 5A Marion where he would be responsible for coaching
infielders. In his time at Marion, the Patriots finished 48-16 over a 2- year span including the school’s first ever State Championship in
2022.

Coach Baker has seen 14 players make commitments to further their playing career in college with 6 coming at the Division 1 level.
A native of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Coach Baker played at Westside High School for Chad Soden where he lettered for 4 seasons. He
furthered his playing career at Williams Baptist College for 1 season under head coach Frank Lee as a pitcher. Baker is married to his wife Ashleigh, who is a speech therapist and they have 1 son named Benjamin.
