Carson Chavies is entering his 2nd year as an East Coast Sox coach.

Coach Chavies played 2 seasons for the Sox before entering his freshman season at Union University.  Before playing at Union, Chavies prepped at Collierville High School where he played four years of baseball. He also played summer baseball for the East Coast Sox. He was selected to play in the 2019 PBR Future Games Team Tennessee. Chavies hit .360 with a .544 on base percentage.

He led the team in walks and runs scored and was second in stolen bases. Off the field, Chavies graduated with honors.
