Garrett learned some valuable coaching lessons from coaches that taught him. Garrett merits his coaching to not being afraid to use an old school coaching approach with a new school mind.
Two things that he says can attest to his success and enjoyment of coaching baseball are simple, he loves making an impact on kids, and he loves helping them reach their full potential and goals to make it to the next level.
He uses the story of “One Thousand Marbles” with the kids he coaches, to teach valuable life lessons as well as making sure his players never take advantage of getting the opportunity to play the game everyone dreams of playing for as long as possible.
