joey caruso

Joey Caruso is entering his 2nd season coaching for the East Coast Sox.

Joey played for Collierville High School, where he was a three year letterman for the Dragons.  In his junior and season seasons, his team went to the State Championships where they finished 3rd in the state in their final season.

Coach Caruso played his summer baseball for the East Coast Sox, where he earned 3 Tournament MVP honors and 5 championships.

After high school, Joey earned a scholarship playing for the University of Alabama Huntsville. In his limited freshman role, Joey hit .500 his freshman season.  After his freshman year, Joey played collegiate summer league baseall in the M.I.N.K. League where his team finsihed in 2nd place and he was top 3 in the league in RBI's.

Caruso is currently a sophomore infielder for the Chargers.
