Coach Nic Galatas will be entering his 1st season coaching for the East Coast Sox.

Coach Galatas is from Los Angeles where he attended High school at St. John Bosco and Orange Lutheran High School.  These high schools are predominately top 25 high schools in the country fr baseball.  After a stellar high school career, Nic received the opportunity to play at the D1 level at Jackson State University.

At JSU, Coach Galatas was a 4 year starting pitcher.  In that time, he acquired accolades such as:

• Freshman of the Year
• Freshman All-American
• 3x All conference player
• 3x First-team conference selection
• 2x Pre-season All-American selection.

After his college stint, Nic went on to play professionally with the Great Falls Voyagers in the Pioneer League as well as two other teams in United Shore Professional baseball league. 

Nic has been coaching youth throughout college namely at organizations like the Los Angeles Rockstars and MLB youth academy in Compton California coaching young men ranging ages from 6-17.
