trey henderson

Coach Trey Henderson will be entering his 1st season as an East Coast Sox coach.

Originally from Arlington TN, Coach Henderson has been coaching for the past 13 years.  As a four sport athlete in high school, Trey won two time state championships. After enduring a tragic car accident his senior year, Coach Henderson had his dream and hopes ended, which led me into coaching.

Coach Henderson has been coaching elite level travel baseball for over 10 years. The past 6 years have been spent between 14u and 18u national and scout teams.

Trey currently is an assistant coach at Lincoln High school in Lincoln, Alabama, for the past 2 seasons, serving as the hitting coach.

Why coach East Coast Sox?

I am very excited to make the move over to East Coast for a new beginning with great players in this great organization. I look forward to developing young talent and helping these guys accomplish the goals that they have set for themselves.  Go Sox!
