Coach Gabe Ishee will be returning to coach the East Coast Sox for his 2nd season.

Gabe currently is a master instructor for Pro Performance out of Jackson, MS.  The Pro Performance pitching lab is the highest level of amateur instruction found anywhere in the country.  We are blessed to have this every weekend with Gabe.

Gabe also coached in the well-known Cape Cod League that hosts the best of the best collegiate players from all over the country.

Gabe was drafted in 1995 by the Milwaukee Brewers, where he played 6 professional seasons.
