Sox Family,

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for our 11th annual Growing Together Camp, held on Monday, May 27th through Thursday, May 30th, 2024, at Timbercreek Camp in Pulaski, MS.

The camp will be a 3-day gathering of players and any parents that want to attend. Players will have full days of baseball sessions, camp activities, and worship while parents/siblings will be able to attend seminars and hang out, relax, and participate in camp activities.

We are pumped to have Justin Graves back as our speaker and The Tom Edwards Worship Band leading us in worship again this year.

Just a couple of things about the camp:

This is one of the most important things we do all summer.

This camp is designed for our players to get to know everyone on their team, their coaches, and the Sox staff. We will also be putting in organizational plays and signs during the week.

1) ATTENDANCE: It is mandatory for all players who are out of school or can get out of school early. If you have prior commitments, then you will be excused but this is a must-attend event for the Sox players. We expect over 75% of our players will attend the camp this year, so you do not want to miss out!

Players will be housed with others on their teams so they will get to know each other.

2) RECRUITING SEMINAR: We have an NCAA and Recruiting Seminar on Monday afternoon. We will have Mississippi College's compliance department explain the clearinghouse process to the NCAA and answer any questions about recruiting. We will also have our Sox officers there to explain our process in the recruiting cycle. This is a session that you will not want to miss if at all possible. All parents are invited to this session. Then, after the recruiting seminar, we will have supper in the dining hall. There will be a sign-up and payment for the meal if you plan to stay for supper. Then, you are welcome to attend the parent's seminar after supper and worship.

Here is the schedule for the camp.
