2017: Named to the InTouch Credit Union 2017 Conference USA Baseball All-Academic Team … Posted a 3.19 ERA across 13 appearances in 36.2 innings pitched … Registered a 4-2 record along with one save … Struck out 26 batters while walking nine … From April 4-28, pitched 14.1 innings across seven appearances without allowing a run … Over that stretch, he struck out 13 and walked just three, while the team posted a 6-1 record in games he appeared in … Pitched a season-high 4.2 innings while striking out four and allowing just two hits in an 8-7 victory over McNeese on April 18.

2016: Named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team … Named to the Conference USA Commissioners Honor Roll … Totaled 30.1 innings over 18 appearances … Posted a 1-0 record to go along with one save and an ERA of 4.45 ERA … Struck out 17 batters and walked just eight … From March 26 through May 25, pitched 17.2 innings and allowed just five earned runs over that stretch … In the Conference USA Tournament opener against Rice, tossed five innings in relief and gave up just one run, allowing the Bulldogs to mount a furious comeback that fell just short … In the Starkville Regional Championship, Ahlrich came on for three relief innings and gave up one unearned run and struck out two Mississippi State batters.

2014-15 (Hinds CC): Named second team all-state following the 2015 season after leading the Hinds pitching staff with a 1.99 ERA … Posted a 1-1 record in 22.2 innings pitched and 22 appearances … Struck out 24 and allowed just 12 hits on the season … Earned academic all-state honors in 2015 … Helped lead Hinds to an appearance in the 2014 NJCAA National Championship … Named Region 23 champions in his freshman season.

High School: Prepped at Madison Central High School where he lettered in both baseball and soccer … Was named all-district in baseball and 12th Man of the Year in soccer … Member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
